Gardening
We have a very strong and competent gardening group who are now kept busy every day. We have a regular full diary with a waiting list. Currently we have 7 gardens from 3 different Residential Homes all on a regular contract. In addition to these, we have 4 independent gardens to maintain including our own.
Sacred Heart Gardens
The gardeners have restored the gardens at the Sacred Heart Church back to its former glory. This project and has taken many months to plan, dig and create a beautiful space for people to sit and enjoy the garden. It has given many people lots of joy and has gained a lot of respect for our lads from the local community.
Here are some of our colleague at Lime Grove enjoying the garden. The team are now working on a veg patch and are hoping to grow enough fresh vegetables to support the kitchen at Lime Grove.
