Phone Calls

As well as the work packs and food parcels, we have been keeping in contact with our participants via the telephone. It's good to talk, as they say, so we that's what we've been doing. There is a lot of technology to help with communication, but not all of our participants use social media or have access to a computer, so the telephone works well in these situations.

 

We have made around 150 phone calls so far (up until 27th April), and these calls are used as welfare checks and to check progress with the work packs. It's a great way to get some feedback too.
